- Ultralight aluminum is 50% stronger than ordinary aluminum however using less material during manufacturing, it is much lighter. It is durable and conducts heat uniformly and quickly. The hard surfuce protects against scratches and abrasions.
- Non-stick coating gives the ideal surface for frying and requires little or no cooking fat. It also makes washing up easier, but is slightly more susceptible to scratches and abrasion, so it is recommended to use only wooden or plastic utensils.
