Life-Link Odyssey 3 Ski / Trekking Pole Review

Life-Link Odyssey 3 Ski / Trekking Pole

Life-Link Odyssey 3 Ski / Trekking Pole

Description

The Odyssey 3 gives the snowboarder and ski mountaineer a super dependable backcountry ski/trekking pole that packs down to 26 inches in total length. This is ideal for keeping a low profile on your pack while dropping into a steep descent or arching turns through the trees. The Odyssey 3 has accompanied Stephen Koch on his quest to snowboard the "Seven Summits." With 6 down and Everest to go it's not long before Stephen and the Odyssey 3 head off for some Tibetan big mountain riding.

Life-Link poles are designed and tested in the Tetons by backcountry engineers. Grips have a six degree corrective angle, and adjustable staps atached to quick release clips. By using short upper and longer lower, these poles have excellent swing weight, less drag, and low total weight.

Life-link poles are the perfect tools for serious backcountry hounds.
